Intellectual property rights
1 - Works graphics or photos on this site are not free access rights. These works and photos are protected by all the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, those of the Law of 11 March 1957 and any other enactment in force in France.

2 - Any use of a work or a photo displayed on the Site must be requested in advance of operations to know the conditions and rates thereon.
However, the pictures taken at public events is available as a free download and can be distributed solely through private use, it being understood that such use involves the distribution or reproduction of the picture in a circle of family and friends such as to use it as wallpaper on a computer or printed on photographic paper for himself or for his family and subject to quote the name of the author. Any insertion of these photos on a blog, Website or staff association or any site like "social network" is prohibited, without the express consent of the author.

3 - For free downloading photos right to private use, the Site disclaims all responsibility and gives no guarantee on the quality of pictures during their reproduction or distribution in any media. It is up to the user to check the consistency of the quality of the picture with the print mode or broadcast it wishes to use. Any special requirements for obtaining a format, a medium or a capacity other than that offered by the site, including any request to change elements of the photo such as cropping or deletion of elements on the photo must be sent to the author who reserves at its sole discretion, to accept or not. Any special request can be, if necessary, subject to a preliminary estimate to respond.

4 - Any person appearing on one or more pictures Site has a right of withdrawal of its image if no permission to use his image has not been given to the author of the picture or at the discretion of site to accept the request for withdrawal for personal reasons. Any withdrawal request should be addressed to pierik@pierik.fr. Same, if any claim of intellectual property rights on any of the photos or one of the components of the picture, the request must also be sent to: This e-mail abuse by providing all the necessary elements to study of the demand.
Photo contentious withdrawal will be made after verification of the applicant's identity and the veracity of the information provided or if the response is favorable site for personal reasons that motivated the applicant to make such a request.

5 - Any use, reproduction, even partial, or modification of a work or photo outside of these terms of use is unlawful and liable to prosecution and criminal penalties. If the only finding of non-compliance with these conditions by a legal person, a penalty in the amount of € 1,500 will be due by the latter as a penalty clause, it being specified the application of this sum is not discharge of awards of compensation due by the infringer under the prejudice suffered by the Site or the author of the work or the photo.
The Site disclaims all liability for third party use of a work or a photo in violation of these Terms of Use. The Site reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without this modification liability.

6 - On the works presented in the "shows", the site offers works for permanent art exhibitions and traveling. These works may be acquired upon exposure or ordered directly on the site. Each work is an original limited edition numbered and signed by the author (for print orders). For professionals, any proposed organization of exhibitions in their establishment or place of exposure may be addressed to pierik@pierik.fr.
